Bring AI inside your walls. Let Sage run the agents.
Deployed on your own hardware. Connected to the systems you already run. Agents on the routine work. Nothing leaves the network, and nothing trains an outside model.
Every feature, live on your data
Pick a capability and watch it run. Ask a question, recall across your knowledge, put agents on the routine, or build a document or view. Always grounded in your data, on your own servers.
One system, working on your own data.
Which contract covers the renewal, and what notice do we owe?
The 2024 master agreement. Ninety days' written notice before 31 March.
Every answer carries the document it came from.

Thousands of messages become a handful of themes.
Most AI pilots impress a room and change nothing. This one had to get past legal, information security and the board.
Which is what decided every part of it. Here is what people expect, and what it is instead.
A chatbot bolted onto the intranet.
A layer over the systems you already run, reading across all of them at once.
Your records on somebody else's servers.
The models and the data on hardware you own, inside your own network.
An answer you have to take on trust.
Every claim marked back to the document it came from.
A tool that automates one step of seven.
Agents that carry the whole process and stop where a person should decide.
The industries we build for
Each one has its own systems, its own regulator and its own routine work. Sage is built into the ones you already run.
HealthcareHospital & clinic operations
Clinical and operational data lives in a dozen systems that don't talk to each other. Sage reads across all of them, inside your own network, so your people spend less time hunting for information and more time on patients.
LegalCase & matter management
The work that fills a legal team's day, reviewing documents, tracking deadlines, checking conflicts, is exactly the work that should run in the background. Sage does it inside your firm's walls, where privilege is never in question.
Data sensitive companiesR&D, defence & sensitive operations
Some organisations simply cannot send their data to a public model. Sage gives them enterprise AI that runs entirely on their own servers, so nothing sensitive ever leaves.
InsurancePolicy, claims & operations
Insurance runs on separate systems for policies, claims, CRM, finance and operations. Sage brings them together inside your own infrastructure, so customer data never leaves the organisation.
Own your AI rather than rent it.
Money spent on AI should build capability you own, not improve a product you never will.

The questions that come up first
The ones that decide the first meeting. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
Is our data sent to an external AI service?
No. The models run on your own server, so questions and documents are processed inside it and never reach an outside provider.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
No. Sage runs as a layer on top of what you already have, drawing what it needs from each system so people reach information or start a process from one place.
How long does implementation take?
Ready integrations connect in days. From first analysis to a working solution live is typically four to six weeks. Larger organisations take longer, as more systems have to be connected and more data prepared.
What makes up the cost, and are there hidden fees?
Three items: hardware at list price, a fixed monthly licence based on team size, and implementation priced per department. No hidden fees, and annual increases are capped in the contract.
If the AI gets something wrong, who is responsible?
Sage researches and drafts, it does not decide. Critical output goes through an authorised user, with sources shown and every action recorded.
Which industries is Ravon Sage built for?
Any organisation that runs on documents, email, CRM systems or financial data. Regulated sectors tend to come to us first, but the infrastructure is the same and the integrations, sources and permissions are set up per sector.
Three different first meetings.
An IT director, a department head and the person who signs it off want completely different opening conversations. Pick the one you are having.
We deploy inside your environment and run it on your systems, on the work that fills your week.
